FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

The government of the kingdom of New Galicia is organized in a constitutional monarchy, according to the Magna Carta of year 2005 and the further reforms in 2009. For his exercise, the government is divided in executive, legislative and judicial.

EXECUTIVE

The Executive is in charge of the King who freely chooses the ministers of the Cabinet (who does not have ministers without portfolio), and will name to the Chancellor chosen by the Senate in three fourth parts of the same one and ratified by the king. The functions of the Cabinet and the chancellor will last 5 years. The Chancellor could be reelected if he counts with the confidence of the Senate.

LEGISLATIVE

JUDICIAL

The Judicial one organizes it and heads the High Court of the Kingdom made up of Bailiffs, one by each province. Each Bailiff is chosen popularly for a period of 10 years.
