Law of Succession

LAW OF SUCCESSION TO THRONE OF THE KINGDOM OF NEW GALICIA.

Art. 1 .- The crown of the kingdom will be transmitted hereditarily in the descendants of King Benjamin I and Queen Evangelina.

Art. 2 .- The system of succession will be the equal primogeniture. On the death of the king, the throne will air regularly in the order of primogeniture and representation, remains the preferred line up to the post; on the same line closest to the degree more remote; in the same grade, the older person the less.

Art. 3 .- If there were no successor stipulated in the previous article, the throne will be sent to the line side closest to the offspring of King Benjamin I and Queen Evangelina, according to the rules of succession linear and with the same rights of male and female and older people on the younger set forth in the preceding article.

Art. 4 .- Only children born of a legitimate union shall be entitled to succeed to the throne of New Galicia.

Art. 5 .- If a member of the royal family with inheritance married without the consent of the king, you will lose these rights of succession for himself, as well as children born of such a union and for their descendants.

Art. 6 .- The provisions of Articles 3, 4 and 5, will apply if the King abdicate the throne.

Art. 7 .- A member of the royal family will be entitled to succession recorded the time and date of his birth in the minutes of its protocol and will be reported to the president of the Senate. One member unborn will also be registered in the same way its records of its protocol and its place in the line of succession, as well as its notification to the president of the Senate.

Art. 8 .- The members of the royal family with the right of succession to the throne will be considered as members of the Royal House, so that it will have the right of succession to the third degree of kinship in relation to the King in turn, whether line down or line up.

Art. 9 .- The members of the Royal Household will be: The reigning King or Queen. The King or Queen earlier, should abdicate. The sons and daughters of the king in turn. The grandsons and granddaughters of the king in turn. The great-grandsons and great-granddaughters the king in turn. The brothers and sisters of the king in turn (sons of King above). The nephews and nieces of the king in turn (grandsons of King above). The uncles and aunts of the king in turn (brothers of King above).

Art. 10 .- No prince of the royal family, or in his case, Princess, Prince may be ruler of a foreign state without the consent of the King and the Senate, if they do so, he or she loses and their descendants, the right to happen on the throne of the Kingdom.

Art. 11 .- The brothers and sisters of King Benjamin I will have no rights of succession to the throne of the kingdom, nor their descendants.

Art. 12 .- By the time the present law shall be issued, the current order of succession to the throne will be as follows:

H.R.H. the Prince Joel of New Galicia (Princess Victoria's eldest son)
H.R.H. the Princess Itzel of New Galicia (Princess Victoria's younger daughter)
H.R.H. the Prince José Fernando of New Galicia (king’s second child)
H.R.H. the Princess Viridiana of New Galicia (Prince Fernando's eldest daughter)
H.R.H. the Princess Jessica of New Galicia (Prince Fernando's youngest daughter)
H.R.H. the Princess Martha of New Galicia (king’s third child)
H.R.H. the Prince Jorge Alberto of New Galicia (Princess Martha's eldest son)
H.R.H. the Prince Edgar Daniel of New Galicia (Princess Martha's youngest son)
H.R.H. the Princess Marcela of New Galicia (king’s fourth child)
